Mental Health Response Team
We are now launching a brand new service, offering a mental health response team. Within this service we are offering an out of hours to support people suffering in a mental health crisis.
How does the Mental Health Response Team work?
First step would be to call through to us on our free phone number 03001247529.
Our call handler will take the details of the call and asses the urgency of the support needed.
Our second step is for us to asses your call and your location to see where the nearest crew would be, then dispatch the crew to you to asses what support you need.
The third step is a crew or mental health trained paramedic will attend your location and if they need further assistance other services will be called in as and when they are required.
